unscrew disconnect wires put new one on make sure you turn off power

Oven would not heat foods, low temperature.
The PartsSelect site provided the hint that the baking element might be the root cause of low heat. SO I order the part, got it within a few days and installed it. Simple matter of removing a small read cover and tow faston connectors to the heatng element along with two Phillips screws that secured the heating element. Oven now works like new!! Thanks PartsSelect, you saved me a bundle!

oven was not getting hot
It was fast and easy! I unplugged the oven, unscrewed the element, then pulled it out. Unhooked the wires. Then hooked the wires to the new element and screwed it back on, plugged it in and then started cooking.

Bake Element Burned Out
Took door off and remover racks. . Then took a nut driver and took the two screws out pulled element out and unpluged it from the wires. . . Then put the new element in place attached the wires and reinsalled the two screws. . . And I was done. . . Ready to rock and roll. . . . . Thanks to insructions from parts select very easy. . . . Thanksguys. . . . . . Ralph from texas. .

Bake element cracked
I followed instructions on the partselect website. I've never fixed any appliance before, but the directions were very simple and the oven was running again in less than ten minutes.

heat element burned out
i took two screws out and pulled the element out unplugged the wires put the wires on new one and put it back in place and screwed it in done less than 15 min. ordered part on line Sunday and had it by that Tuesday. very fast del.

The bake element had burned through at a point near the right connect point.
I removed the old part, went on your website and found the proper replacement part ordered it and received it the next day. Two screws and the new part was in.

Oven element caught fire split in two
I am 75 year old female and this was a really easy job. Removed screws from rear of oven. Pulled towards me. Removed wire connections and connected to new part and replaced screws. You will notice an odor when you turn oven on. It will disappear in a few minutes. Don'T FORGET 2 TURN POWER OFF BEFORE BEGINNING

Baking element was broken.
Reviewed a YouTube video. Then removed the old element and installed the new one. It was extremely simple! I became my husband's hero instantly!
