Melted plastic colander on a burner
I simply replaced the element. HOWEVER, the most wonderful parts of this repair...Because of the pictures and closeups and descriptions I knew exactly 'what' to order! And I had the replacement in less than 24 hours. I can do some home repairs but this company provided such detailed information AND speed of delivery...that this was a no-fuss fix. My burner trays were worn out and I needed new ones
I simply pulled the old ones out and replaced them with the new ones. It looks so much better and cleanes up well.

Handle on oven broke at the right side end cap.
It didn't get repaired. Put the existing screws into the cap and the screws chewed up the slot it was to go into. Destroyed the end caps L and R. Only fix appears to be an new stove.

a plug on the element broke off while cleaning and replacing
Absolutely no tools required for this task. Simply align the prongs to the female portion on the stove top. Carefully push in until the element is in place then line up with the drip pan slot. No instructions are necessary!!

Removal reinstalling
Removal old fashioned oven door handle took time after removing the oven door. New replacement handle was easy to install! Try to reinstall was long and finally got installed after 5 attempts due hinge on right side issue

Obsolete appliance parts missing

Plug-in surface element was covered with a melted on forever microwave plate
Just put it right into the receptacle. I want to add...we had gone to our local appliance store and brought home a wrong-size unit. Got online and your website came up. Replace Drip Pans on Stove Top

original drip pans scrubbed so much-rusted....
Took out the original drip pans and set in replacements which I ordered in black enamel.
Slipped right in and look great as the oven door glass is also black. Look like they came with the range.
