Plug-in surface element was covered with a melted on forever microwave plate
Just put it right into the receptacle. I want to add...we had gone to our local appliance store and brought home a wrong-size unit. Got online and your website came up. A end bracket for the oven door handle was loose. The internal socket (anchor) holding the screww that joints the bracket to the oven door snapped.screw
Remove the front panel, at which time the spring loaded door slammed closed while the paned and handle were in my hand. Fortunately I had a star bit to fit the screw holding the door and panel together.The parts should come with 2 screws since the part has holes for 2. note: the factory installed handle only had 1 screw in each side.

The stove's burner bowls were dirty and old and the chrome was gone where the cooking drippings had collected under the previous owner's usage.
We simply typed in the model of the range and several selections of replacements came up on your website. We ordered the black porcelain ones to replace the old chrome ones, thinking they might hold up better and be easier to clean. They look great and I really think they WILL be easy to wipe up. Incorrect Burner Bowls
For 12 years I've been suffering with the incorrect burner bowls...I love to cook and it's really irritating when your bowls don't fit correctly. Now, I am amazed at how my burners fit! Thank you! What a Blessing!

I needed to replace the 6" surface unit.
My GE range is 20 years old, and still going strong. All I needed was to replace the 6" surface unit. After making slight adjustments, it was just a matter of placing the new unit. Replaced All Burner Receptacles After One Failed And Also Replaced Ball Burner Bowls
This installation was for a replacement for one of the burner bowls on the original order. Replacement bowl fits proiperly.

welded supports for the surface elements were broken
unplugged the broken elements and plugged in the new ones. Took about one minute. Tools used: hands and fingers.

uneven heating of oven
This repair was super easy. I removed the two screws holding the oven sensor in place, pulled the sensor from the oven wall to expose the two wires attached to the sensor cut and spliced in the new sensor as per instructions. The supplied wiring kit made this splice very easy. I then reinserted the wires and sensor from the oven wall, put the screws back in place tested the oven. Oven now works like new and I got bonus points from a happy wife!

6" and 8" burner bowl replacement
Slide out burner elements. Remove old burner bowls. Insert new burner bowls and reinstall burner elements.

Burner bowls had been used and abused for year gone by in this rental.
Replaced them all. Next I want to replace the burners.
