oven sensor bad replace clock control
part was a little differnt, connections in diffrent places and had to alter oven knob, had to use part fron old board to make oven knob work but was over all an easy to fix

parts worn looking
No repair needed, just replaced parts. But the real story is that I ordered 6 parts and they came in 2 days. Five came correctly - one was wrong. One five minute phone call and the correct part came two days later. Never had such speed in delivery. And person I spoke with to correct the order was excellent. What a place to do business! Burner would not ignite.
Could not have been simpler. Burner head dropped into place and was held in place by gravity. Not possible for part to go in incorrectly.

Stain/polyurethane dried on burner head & cap
Lifted both pieces off and placed the new ones on,turned on the burner and it worked as it should.

Replace medium burner for gas cooktop
Very easy to remove grates, burner cover and remove old burner head. Very simple process, but surprised that there was no efficient way to clean carbon deposits from my old burner. Burner video instructions on line insured I installed the new burner head correctly (actually, pretty hard to get wrong), and burner worked correctly immediately. Will likely replace other burners in time as the new one is so "silvery" colored compared to my other burners.

Pans were old and looked it!
The repair was just to exchange however, I am still shocked with the delivery. I ordered one day and they were delivered one day later. I was amazed.

uneven flame and sputtered, burner was not useable
Simple to correct 1. lift off grate 2. lift off burner cover 3. lift off old burner. 4. replace burner, cover and grate. took 10 seconds. burner works perfect

Drip Trays lost finish due to use
Removed grates, lifted old drip pan, cleaned well and put new drip pans in. Simple and looks SO MUCH better!

Medal Burners
