Oven would not heat
Turned off power to oven. Removed two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled out the element far enough to get to the wires so I could disconnect them. I connected the new element and screwed it back in. 10 mins tops!!!

Baking Element wouldn't heat but the broiler worked fine.
First I turned off the power at the fuse box, then removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires and replaced with the new element. Very Easy!

the wires were not long enough to use the original path.
the original path was from the right front control knob around the back of the range and left side of range, which i dismantaled to install the new wires to the right front burner. When I found them to be to short I had to also dismantal the right side so the wires could be routed there. The new wires worked fine but did take some extra time.

Lower Bake Element Had Cancer-Like Freeakout!
Bake element was glowing. . . Then by the morning, a "cancer-like" thingy traveled the length of it!after kicking off the breaker, I brought the broil down to the bake>. It worked (not recomended>. . But it worked for me). Came the new element, in 2 days. . . And all is back (the broil slots didn't line up so it was a redneck install at best til I got it back to normal). They should add the owner's faces to mt rushmore! Bless you all!
