Removed power plug- disconnected wire, removed cover over wires two screws, and removed old heated strip, held in by two screws inside of oven
Slide in new coil installed two screws, connected two wires replaced guard over wires, plugged in stove, cooked a rubarb pie, success

Replaced burned element, did not fix no power problem. Ordered receptor replacement, replaced it, took less than 10 mminutes, but still no power to burned. Then ordered replacement switch, replacement too less than 10 minutes again and burner works fine.

I simply turned the power off and slide the stove forward to give myself room to get behind it and just unscrewed the cover behind the burner switchers and pulled the switch knob off then I removed the two small screws that hold the burner switch to the control panel and go to the back and pull the wires carefully and replace them on the new switch one by one and screw the new switch to the control panel and replace the back panel and done!

unscrew and disconnect the old unit. Connect and screw in the new unit

I just removed the drawer and installed the rear supports as instructed on paper included with the part.

removed two screws that hold the element in place and then removed the access rear panel it was much easier to disconnect the element than have to stick my head in the oven to gain access.time :15 minutes.

pulled range out,unplugged it,thenI removed the two screws that hold the element in place.take back cover off, then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires.put new element in,put wires and screws back in place,checked to see if worked,did not work,check and reset breaker,it works put cover back on,push range in palce and done.

I watched a video of a similar model to familiarize myself with the required steps needed. I opened the back and disconnected the power cord and ground wires connected to the removable socket I then removed the lightbulb and removable socket from the oven interior side. I then removed the defective light socket cup and replaced it with the part I purchased. After replacing the removable socket and lightbulb, the bracket holding the light cover functioned perfectly with the new light socket cup. Final steps were to reconnect the power and ground wires to the removable socket. I then replaced the back cover over the light socket cup area. One word of advise. Be very careful when removing and reconnecting the cables to the removable light socket.

I first ordered the wrong part and had to call customer service. They handled the return and ordered the new piece beautifully!! The installation was really simple. Once I took out two screws holding the top down, I removed three clips holding the burner on then switched out the electrical leads. Put everything back and it worked perfectly!!

My friend's husband came over to help. I mentioned that after unscrewing the old bake assembly unit, we would have to capture the wires or they would slip into the back. Before he even had the screws undone, the wires did, indeed, slip into the back. He then removed the back panel and retrieved the wires, pushed them back through the insulation and clipped each of them onto the back assembly. However, the wire clips kept slipping off so he eventually had to criimp the clips to keep them tight on the ends of the bake assembly. That troubled me; what if in the future one of those clips comes loose while the oven is in use? Any suggestions on how to keep these connectors on tightly?

Removal old fashioned oven door handle took time after removing the oven door. New replacement handle was easy to install! Try to reinstall was long and finally got installed after 5 attempts due hinge on right side issue

Disconnect stove electrical connection. Removed 2 bolts common to the upper stove top cover. Disconnected 4 wires from burner element along with 2 retaining clips.
Removed burner element and replaced with new element. Reinstalled 4 wires and 2 retaining clips. Lowered stove top cover and reinstalled 2 bolts. Connect stove electrical to wall outlet. Turn on burner element and verify that it works.

Had to remove rear cover to connect wires, removing them from the front caused the wires to fall into rear.
