The whole process was very easy! I just got the model number and bought a new rack and silverware holder on,one. There was no assembly needed so I just popped them in and replaced the old ones! Very easy to do!

Ordered 4 new burners, snapped the old ones out, put the new ones in and my stove works great. Also, I got my parts in 1 day. Very satisfied with my experience with PartSelect.

The range was in very good condition but the end caps had yellowed from hot temperatures. The missing broiler pan and one oven rack were an easy fix as was the end caps. I had a problem in getting the correct parts (end caps) because I did not order correctly. It was totally my fault. The customer service person was wonderful to work with. He helped me order the correct part and sent the return label and instructions that made it easy to return the un-needed parts.

The stove in my kitchen is fairly new but it was installed when this duplex was a rental property. This range came perfectly clean except the burner grates. So I found PartSelect online and it was soooo... easy. Partselect made it crazy easy to find the part and order it. And they shipped it within a week of ordering. 3 of the grates were backed ordered and they still arrived within the week. It was a great experience.

Tried to srub the melted plastic from burners. Decided that 9 years old but it was a toxix plastic chemical and that even if one piece was left somewhere on the grate that this would not be healthy for the family. Just replaced the two grates. Easy on easy off. Much cheaper than general electric. The shipping was fast. The operator was very easy to place the order. In the horizon there are plans to get 2 more grates so there is a match. Highly recommend this move for repair. Before I had placed the order I had asked for advice from the lady with the company just to get a second opinion.

Now for the great thing. Within 4 working days we received what we thought we needed. but we had ordered the wrong part number. Got back on internet, went right to your web site, found the part that we did need, a flame spreader instead of the Deflector. called your service number, talked to a very nice person, again, told her what we did and ordered the correct part. Another great thing, we got that part the very next day. I returned the wrong part that same day. We then had our son install it and now we have a very nice working oven. Though out this very long ordeal, we talked to the applicance service people and got the same answer. The part has been ordered and it should be here next week. When we found your web site and called for the part, I called the appliance service and told them we had ordered the part ourselves and I would be happy to give her this information. THE VERY NEXT DAY she called us to tell us the part had fially arrived and they could come out the next day. Told them sorry but it as already taken care of. The very next time we need some part for any appliance we will call you first. Thank you for your very nice service people and the fast way that this all took place.

My wife could open and close the drawer without too much difficulty, but occasionally, it would not close properly and she would have to empty the contents do could alaign it properly to close. The last time she was talking about buying a whole new drawer. I asked her what the part looked like, as I never to fight with it. I went online and found the part for $1.16 plus shipping at $8 plus. Ordering from Part Select was very easy. I simply put in the model number of the stove and the replacement needed popped up and explained why I might need this part. Got a professional install because I was not at the location where the repair was needed. Will use Part Select again. The ordering experience was great and delivery was quick and easy.

Just opened the box, removed the 2 old burners and replaced with the 2 shiny new ones. Yeah success! I placed my order for this product and before I knew it, it was at my front door. Thank you!

I removed two bolts at the rear of the oven bottom. I pulled the old oven bottom out, and put the new oven bottom in. I put the two bolts back in and voila it looks like a new oven. Done in less than 15 minutes.

The only tool needed was a nutdriver to remove the lamp socket. I needed my head mounted light to see what I was doing, and everything went smoothly from there. Simple job.

Husband actually did the repair, It went really well except he forgot to remove the heat shield from the old part to attach to the new bottom. (His mistake!)

I ordered the oven rack on a Tuesday and received it the very next day - was wowed at the service.
