A burnt out bulb
After opening the Oven door, I removed the glass cover to view and locate the bulb, at the inside, top front of the Oven. Removed the burnt out bulb by pulling it in a forward motion towards the front of the Oven, slid the new bulb into place and the Oven is again functional.

Hi output burner never worked correctly. Burned unevenly and created soot.
So for years have been struggling with this burner. Technicians could not figure out the problem. Then one day, I noticed that the top cover did not sit properly on the burner. Lifted up the burner with the cover on it and noticed that the burner itself was warped and deformed. The top cover never sat evenly on the burner. Ordered a new burner and put it in and presto. The burner work properly for the first time since we bought the stove. So, check the burners and see if the top cover sits evenly on the burner.
