Replaced old burners
Both the eight inch burner and the the six inch burner were not an exact fit. I used the old rings and the new burners. The eight inch burner fit well with the new drip bowl;however, the six inch burner did not fit with the six inch drip bowl and I had to grind off about an eigth inch from the diamiter of the drip bowl. I replaced most all the wiriing and after I get the lower oven element rebuilt it will be ready for a test drive ..can't wait!

timer knobs missing
Just pushed the new timer knobs onto the stem. They fit and now I can set the oven timer without having to use a pair of pliers to grip the stem and turn it.

Two of the knobs fit perfectly.

The stem for the the clock was broken off and there was not enough of the stem left for the new knob to fit.

Lower bake element
Wire connection from the oven was too small and I had to make it larger with a flat head screwdriver and pliers. I used a head flashlight for I could see better. I would suggest not having a glass of wine before starting the repair. It would have only taken me 15 Minutes instead of 30.

Old surface burner burned out one of its two circuits.
I unscrewed the old burner from the stove, took off the three wire to the heating element marking down where each colored wire went, taped off the exposed wires, ordered the new burner, and waited for it to arrive. When it got here, I installed it, and believe it or not, the new burner works just fine!. End of exciting repair story.

Baking element broken in two
The baking element burned through, in my really old double oven. (It was in our home when we bought it 16 years ago.) It was the top oven element that broke. I wasn't sure it could be repaired. I looked on line and I found it. It took my husband less than 30 min. to fix it. I have my oven back but it would have nice to get a new one.

elements were burned out
Removed the elements from the stove and disconnected the wires. Reconnected wires to the new elements and reinstalled in the stove. I was very impressed with the delivery time. I ordered online at 3:00 PM and the parts were at my door at 9:00 AM the next morning. Greatest service I ever had from anyone! I am 250 miles from the warehouse.
