Oven would not heat up fully
First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and made sure that there was no power feeding the element. Next I disconnected the two wires that power the element. I then removed the old element and replaced it with the new element. Tightened the screws but had to be careful on the second one and hold with plier as the first one bent a little as it was being tightened. Slid the element back after the connection screws were tightened and tightened the mounting screws. Reenergized and tested. The job went well - easier than expected...

The element in the upper oven burned out. Looked like a welder's torch when it went out.
After checking the website, I wasn't sure the part I needed was available. Called the Customer Service number and the lady was very helpful.
My part was delivered in 2 days regular UPS.

The most time took finding which breaker shut off the power to the oven. Removed two screws on the inside of the oven at the back wall. Pulled out the wiring and removed two more screws that attached the power to the element. Replaced the old element with the new one. Reversed the process. Done in 12 minutes! Very easy.

Fireworks! Element blew explosively. Loud noise, major arc. smoke and blew breaker.
First job was power off! Next step was to remove the two screws holding the element to rear wall of oven. Next is was to gently pull the wires through the hole as far as possible. At this point I needed pliers to stabilize the joint while I removed the two screws of the electrical connection. Now it was easy to clean the oven to remove arc residue. Now it was a matter of reassemble. Hardest point was getting the screws started in the electrical connections without cross threading while reaching in over the door. Use pliers to ensure you don't bend the connection wires on the element. Finally remount the element with the two original screws. This was the second element to fail. Last time I removed the oven door for better access. I think it was quicker with door on but a lot more bending and reaching.

baking element burned out
remove/replace baking element. Relatively simple to do; however, I used the old screws/nuts as they worked better than the new ones which were included.

The baking element melted
I researched the part on the internet and found your website. My husband was able to figure out how to install the new element, following the instructions on the site. The most difficult part was reaching into the oven itself.

Broil Element
Replaced damaged element exercising the care suggested in repair comments by previous customers. Old unit had screws connecting the broiler element to the stove's electrical supply wires, which were difficult to remove due to old age. Just took a little extra care to ensure that supply wires were not damaged during disconnect and after reconnecting the new element the broiler tested OK. It is once again broiling steak to perfection

original heating element broke in 2
Unscrewed the broken element from the back of the inside of the oven, then unscrewed the connected wires from the element and did the reverse with the new element. Viola.

Before touching anything, however, I made sure the oven was in the off position and also went to the house circuit breaker box and flipped OFF the appropriate circuit breaker(s). There were two - one for the element and another for the rest of the controls.

When everything was in place, I turned the power back on and turned on the oven and was cooking again. We had Prime Rib for Easter.

The baking element was old & sparks were coming from it..
I (a woman) unplugged the stove, took out the screws, and unhooked the baking element. I then replaced the old screws with the newer ones, and made sure everything was nice and tight. I was a little nervous at first but everything turned out okay. I plugged the stove back up & the baking element was a bright orange and it works better than ever. The whole process took about 15-20 minutes.
