Your service was OUTSTANDING...Ordered one afternoon, and before lunch time the next day, the delivery man rang my door bell...Thanks a bunch for you excellent service.....

It was really easy just unplugged it took off the back cover changed the part out put back cover on plugged it in and the elements were working great!

Watched the repair video on your web site. Used the video as a step by step guide in the actual repair.

Husband very ill in bed. It's up to me!! Got a new bulb at HomeDepot and figured out how to get that wire 'thing' back in and the new glass cover installed. I DID IT!! WOW! My husband has always done these jobs around the house.......but now it's up to me.......and I'm not so dumb after all! I DID IT!! Now everyone who comes in the house.....I show them what I DID!! :-)

Installation of the temparature sensor, one of the technician recommended parts took no time, just two screws and a snap off/snap on part. It did not fix the problem. I then replaced the main control panel, which requires more work, but didn't solce the ussue either. I then replaced the thermal fuse, which wasn't mentioned by tech support, and required much more disassebly of the top panels of the stove, with still no fix to the problem. I am waiting to replace the thermostat heat sensor unit, the only other part in the circuit controlling power supply, requiring removal of the stove top again,

My Frigidaire dual fuel oven/range is a slide-in model.

The first thing to do is look at the control board in your existing panel. To do this, pull off the control knobs and unscrew the plastic piece at the bottom. The whole front panel should lift up and gently flip it back (onto a towel) so that you can see the control panel and all the hook-ups you need. I had ordered a different control panel (from somewhere else) and when I compared the two panels, the new one did not have enough connections and would not connect correctly (I hadn't looked at the control panel I already had). lI saw the control panel from Partselect and the photo showed all the right connections.

TAKE A PHOTO OF WHERE ALL THE CONNECTIONS ARE NOW!!! Very important!!! Once I received the new panel, it was time to pull off the old connections from the old panel and connect to the new panel. Some of the "many-pronged-connectors" were easy to detach by just squeezing the side tabs which release the connection. Two of the metal single tab connections needed a pointy object (like an awl) to push a small metal tab inward in order for the metal to release...... not that easy! And then there were the two front "ribbon connectors", which didn't seem to have any type of release mechanism at all...... until I looked at the new control panel and saw that the top portion of the black box connector "lifted up" to release the ribbon connection from below.

Once all the connections were accounted for, I installed the front panel again and turned on the breaker. I have a working oven again!!!

2 screws disconnected old one and pulled out the new one in put in opposite way. The representative was so helpful, part came fast. thank you

Removed the wires that I could, then terminal block. Installing the new terminal block was very easy; however the wires that arced were fused to the terminal bock screws and needed to be cut and new connectors had to be put on the wires to allow them to be reattached to the block safely.
Once all was replaced and reinstalled the oven has worked great. The length of the repair was increased because of the melted parts and having to run to the store to get the new wire connectors big enough to fit on the wires. If we were simply replacing the block and had not encountered the melted ends, it would have been a very quick and easy repair.

The bulb has a plastic clear cover. That cover can just be carefully removed using a screwdriver. It's held in by a metal bracket. After you remove the cover. You'll just need to replace the bulb and then re-install the cover and bracket.

Was easy...I pulled oven out from the wall so I could get to the back.i used a nut driver to remove small silver cover.matched up wires to the never module and re installed.pluged oven back in and burners lit perfectly

Removed two screws that are attached to handle then removed four screws from bottom edge of oven door. I was then able to remove the outer door glass,this gave me access to the three inner glasses. After removing the retainer for the glass assembly,I was able to remove all three and replace the inner one.I reversed this proceedure to reassemble.

removed the screws holding the front part of the door and from there worked my way, untill the third glass.
It took a couple hours, my first time,. Overall easy,

Very easy just had to pull the wire up that holds it secure.

on the back side of the wall oven the sensor wire was ziptied tight. we had to totally pull oven out of its wall space, remove back panel, unhook zip tie, feed through sensor hole around insulation, connect and then replace back and return and relevel the oven. I have

Replaced the ingintion module, still did not work, replaced the burner complete with new ingiter , it now works but another one quit . the front right one has 5 ohms resistance ,replaced with new one with 0 ohms, the back left has 2 ohms resistance and now it does not work , will need to replace that burner allso. too bad you can't buy just the spark module for the burner.
