my stove quit woking from the push button panel
First I unplug the stove and then started to take off the back panel off behind the stove. Then I took the relay panel off by taking the four screws, that holds the relay in place. Now it took me a few minutes to unplug the wires
from the relay panel. Let me tell you that these wires were
really hard to pull off the relay. After a few minutes later
then I started to put the new relay panel back on. The wires were easy to put back on the new relay. Then I put the back panel back on and then plug the stove back in. After that the power was back on and the new panel fixed my issue.

Oven would not get up or stay up to selected temperature
Pull stove out to get behind it,unplug temperature probe plug. Remove temp probe from oven by removing the screw holding it in place on back of oven. Cut plug off temp probe unit leaving as much lead wire as possible on plug end. Strip wires on new probe and end of plug wires(one quarter inch). Then I used two small butt connectors to join the stripped wires, one for each pair of wires. Two small wire 'nuts' may also be used as the connections are outside the oven and not exposed to the heat of the oven while it is in operation. Hope this helps the inexperienced 'do it yourselfers'--:)

No heat in oven
When you order make sure and get a new faceplate also. I didn't realize it was glued on .Whne I pealed it off part of the white stayed on the old control, looks bad but works fine.Unplug Range, Take 4 screws off of top panel on back,I left all wires hooked up and removed 4 more screws holding the control panel in place.I rolled it out of the way put the face plate on the new one and screwed it into place. Then took each wire off one at a time and hooked thenm to the new one. Reattatch the back and test it out..You now have a happy woman.

The oven did not heat.
Statistics said it was the element. I replaced that this did not correct problem. Went with the second statistic and it was correct. I showed the video to my tenant and he replaced it and called me in a few minutes saying it worked fine. Look at the video then it will be easy for you. The only thing in the video that was not clear is that you have to peel the sticker off of the front of the old clock and attach it to the new one. Everything else is exactly like it says.

Control Panel Needed Replacing
An appliance repair man came to my house told me it would cost me $400 dollars to replace my broken control panel and he would have to come back since it needed to be ordered. At this point I had no idea what it was, were it was and how hard it was to fix. But after hearing the total $400 uttered from the obviously delusional repair man, I swiftly kicked him out of my house. Took me 15 minutes to do the research to find what I needed. I ordered the part. 3 days later it arrived. I went back online to watch a 3 minute instructional video. I changed it out in less than 5 minutes. Saved $300 bucks!

I thought I was going to have to purchase a new stove which I could not afford, repair man would have cost over $300 to repair. I went on this wedsite, matched the part number with my stove, spoke with customer service, (very good experience), ordered parts, received in approximately 2 days, watched a brief (2 minute)video that came with my confirmation email and TA DAH.....fixed for 1/3 of the repairmems price and so easy. Thanks so much Partselect. Diane

Sliced Outlet Cord
I was replacing a range oven hood, so I pulled the oven away from the wall but left it plugged in. I removed the old oven hood, which had an exhaust pipe that was still mounted through the cupboard. While I was preparing the new oven hood the exhaust pipe fell out of the cupboard and cut the oven wire in half. I was able to find the part number on the existing cord and looked up on line. I ordered the part using 3-5 business days and it showed up in 2 days. I was able to attach the new cord, which had an easy clip plug, and secure back to the stove. Very easy and very inexpensive to do.

wouldn't heat on bake or broil
After a power outage or bake and broil features stopped working, but the rest of the appliance worked fine. I wasn't sure if it was the clock part or the temp probe, but decided the cost replacing both parts was less than a repairman. So first, I watched the video link on the part's page...extremely helpful! Then it was a matter of a few screws and unplugging and re-plugging a few wires. I have NO electrical experience, and very little handy-man experience. This is a simple repair that anyone could do. I am most amazed with PartSelect because it literally took 24 hrs after placing the order for it to arrive on my doorstep. And it saved us an estimated $175 in repairman labor fees. I will be telling everyone about our great experience. Thank you!
