Broil Element shorted out
I unplugged the Stove/Oven electrical cord from the wall, then removed the oven door by unlocking the door brackets with a flat head screw driver then closing the door to the last position before it closes and removing the door from the stove (found instructions on YouTube - very easy, which is optional), then removed the oven racks. Removing the door made it a lot easier to access the broil element and element support bracket screws using a socket wrench. I removed the screws from the rear cover on the back of the stove with a socket wrench to access and disconnect the broil element wires with my hand (pliers if needed). I removed the old broil element and inserted and reconnected the new broil element wires, then re-installed the rear cover. I tightened the broil element in place then re-installed the element support bracket and screws, replaced the oven racks, re-installed the oven door and plugged the stove into the wall. This took about twenty minutes and the broil element is working fine.

Lens cover for oven light broke.
Really a no brainer, but I do have to say that PartSelect customer service is excellent. My part was located and on it's way within a day and arrived a couple of days later.

burner wouldn't heat up
I unplugged the stove. Then I lifted up the top of the stove to expose the burners. I unscrewed the necessary screws and plugs that attached the old burner to the stove. Then I simply put the new one back in it's place. The stove was one of those flat burner stoves, and I was a little concerned that I would be able to do it. The repair man wanted to charge me $150.00 for labor.

Oven not heating up properly
I removed back cover and replaced the probe. The troubleshooting info indicated this is the problem 99% of the time. Guess what, it did not help! Further checks indicate that broil element may be out. Am going to resistance check and order if that is the problem.

The oven stopped working.
The part i replaced was very easy.I pulled the stove away from the wall and took the back pannel off. I then unpluged the electrical strip from the unit. There are two nuts holding the unit in place one at each end, there are also five wires on the right side of the unit you will have to mark them before you disconnect them. Then carefully peal the face off the old unit and reinstall on the one. Put the new unit in place, plugin the electrical strip, the five wires, reinstall the back cover, plugin your stove and your done. All this took about twenty minutes start to finish.

Bake element broke off near connector
unscrewed brace attached to element without any problem and secured the wire so that it would not fall behind liner. Connector was a bit hard to disconnect so asked my handyman to detach it - I was not familiar with this connection and did not want to break it - he did it w/o problems and attached the new bake element pronto. How easy can it get!
