first I emptied the contents of the drawer,then pulled drawer open to it's fullest, then lifted drawer so as to tilt slightly, then removed drawer by continuing to pull straight out. then I removed the glide from its protective packaging and inserted it in the same spot as the broken glide was at one time

first thing was to remove the crushed guide with pliers and a twist it was out. to install the new one islipped one side into the slot and took pliers and applied pressure on the lower glide into the slot; it was done presto. works like new. thanks,

easy replacement

Read the instructions provided and simply installed the guides. Total time was less than 5 min.

I had no experience working on the stove before so it was all new to me. Removed the top cover. Removed the igniters and the burner connections which allowed access to the splash pan. Removed the splash pan and replaced the two broken tubes. Job would have been faster had I known how to access the front burner controls. As a result, we have a fully functioning Tappan range in our kitchen and the range is much better than anything commercially available. They don't make em like that anymore.

Removed the face ot the drawer, revealing the screws. Took off the remaining screw holding only a piece of the old handle. Replaced with the new handle and replaced the face.

Easy

moved the stove forward and removed old cord by uncruing two small screw and on ploged the all and replaced with the new one.

Used a slot screwdriver to pry the old guide...clipped the new guide into its place.

I removed the drawer, removed and replaced the guides on both sides in the front and replaced the drawer.

Just use flat screwdriver to press on clip and just squeeze it in

After researching on what exactly to call the part, which was a front drawer glide. I found this out by watching the video. It showed me exactly what I needed and what it looked like. I run to the oven to look at the other one, to make sure thats what I needed, and it looked like the part that I needed (mind you I am a female, and not a repair person), so this video helped me out alot. When the part arrived, I knew how to take the drawer out, and easily snapped the little plastic glide in to place, and slipped the drawer back on the gliders, and it worked perfect, so proud of myself, that I done it by myself, with no help from husband. I bragged and bragged on myself with a big pat on my own back, thanks Part Select, I know what to do when it happens again. Its my fault cause it broke, cause I overload the drawer with pots and pans LOL!!! Brenda Dixon

Removed the drawer. Inserted the new glide tab into a hole in the side. Inserted the drawer slides in the the glide. Closed drawer--done! Works fine. Probably only 5-10 minutes.

The drawer under the oven had been aggravating me for some time. It was titled and did not close right. Finally, I took it out to see what the problem was and noticed that the glides were broken. I googled the model no. of the stove (figuring I would have no luck) and to my great relief was directed to this EXCELLENT site. I ordered the new drawer glides within minutes and they were literally delivered the next day. Snapped right in, fixed, happy!! It's times like this when I can't figure out how we all lived without the internet!

This product was super easy to apply. The part came in perfect condition and when I discovered 2 of the screws had fallen into the actual door (causing the door to apply pressure unevenly to the handle when pulled) fixing it was a snap.

I simply typed in the model number and hit search. I found the replacment handle right away. The grid picture allowed me to make sure the size was the same. Your web site is top notch! Finding, ordering and shipping was all fast! There was several screws holding the door together. I took them out and the door apart. Removed the old handle and put on the new. It had 4 screws. Put it back together. In all about 15 minutes and easy. If you have a part I need I will not even bother to look else where! Thanks again!
