Bake Element Burned Out
The wire connectors were burn too, that may have caused the Element to burn-up on the end. The Broiler Element wire was getting bad too, so I replaced the old connector. Everything is working fine,I'm glad you guys were there.

Oven element burned out
Removed oven racks; removed the two hex head screws holding the element in place; disconnected the two wires that attach the element to the range. Attached the two wires to the new element; replaced the two hex head screws; replaced the oven racks; tested the element. The whole process took about 10 minutes!! And it's something I haven't done before!

Oven would take 45 min to heat to 425
The repair worked GREAT! It took less than 10 minutes and now the oven heats to 400+ in 5 minutes...the element came via regular shipping in 3 days. We were ready to buy a new slide in unit for 1000.00, now we have a 23 year old oven that works better than when it was new!! All for around 30 dollars. THANK YOU!

Baking element died!
I have a wonderful range that I love and it is almost 30 years old! The baking element died...burned and broke in half. This is the second time I have had to replace it (not bad for the old girl) and the first time I used PartSelect. I ordered the part late in the day and it was delivered by FedEx in just under 24 hours....now that's service! This is a very easy repair that anyone can do. Just turn power off to range, unscrew the hexagonal screws, ease out the bad element, reattach electrodes to new one, ease it back into range, put screws back in and you are done. Ten minute job you can do yourself for the cost of the part. Great great service from PartSelect.
