Electric burner would not heat at all
I tested the element with a digital meter and found it was bad but I also followed your great tip to replace the receptacle which it really needed replaced also. Both parts now work and fit like new. Thanks

Broken drawer glide
Used a phillips head screwdriver to remove the single screw holding the part in place and put the new one on. Finding the part on this site was a breeze and it arrived quickly. A first rate experience all around.

Replace bowls
Removed old bowls and replaced with new ones. Easy. Piece of cake. Perfect fit.thanks.

large burner wasn'st working
Pulled the old burner out by cutting the wires and unscrewing the receptacle. Connected the wires using the supplied wire nuts and heat shrink wrap. Put a lighter to the wire wrap and shrunk it around the wires. Screwed the receptacle back in place then the burner -all done. Anybody with a screw driver can make this repair.

old bowls could not be cleaned. These new bowls make the stove look great
Removed old bowls and replaced with the new bowls. Also, thanks for your help with the rang knobs. You did not have the replacement knobs for my range but you gave me help in where I might get them. With the new bowls and knobs the range looks like new. Thanks again for all your help.

broiler didn't work
Removed original broiler element, and found it was open. Replaced with new element.

Left front 8 inch burner knob control stop regulating heat temprature.
I purchased a new infinite control switch 6". and replace the old one.

Burner not working
I took the burner out of the box and snapped it into the slots on the stove, turned on the stove and made dinner! By the way, I received it in 2 days, which was great. bottom element was burned out
I was 100% happy with the whole process! The part arrived on schedule, it was exactly what I wanted! Old receptacle was burnt from lots of use.
Just cut the old receptacle wires and splice in new kit. Very simple and worked perfectly.

Drip Bowl beyond cleaning
Removed old bowl and dropped in new one!!It looks great - the cooktop is probably 30 years old.Your serviceperson was courteous friendly and very rapid.This actually is the second replacement but I was pleasantly surprised that the part was available. Thanks!!

Rear drawer slide was broken.
Undid one screw. Removed the broken slide. Replaced with new slide an fastened with the existing screw. Problem solved.

Old drip bowls, tried prepackaged from box stores
After putting up with ill fitting generic versions of our drip bowls, we smartend up and ordered correct parts. They went in super easy, perfect fit and the heating element is now perfectly level. Who knew that following the manufactors recommendations to buy correct parts would make such a difference? Well we know now! Thank you. replacement drip pans didn't fit -- wrong type
Purchased appropriate drip pans here. They arrived overnight, much to our surprise! The range elements were easy to remove, and the drip pans fit precisely as they were designed to do. Ta Da! repair completed.
