I forgot to remove something I had saved in the oven, planning to remove it before using the range.
Very simple. Removed oven rack that had melted residue on it and replaced it with the new one from your company. I want to tell you that the delivery service I received was just geat. Took less than 48 hours to arrive at my home from the time I placed the order on line. Keep up the good work and I will be happy to share my experience with those in need of you services. Thanks. Bake Element caught on fire
First we turned off the electic, then we took the back off the stove and pulled the wire off the bad element then replace the new element. It was very easy to do.

I had open back cover and remove the switch than replace new switch. Makesure cable conection.

Burner not controlable
Removed rear panal, removed screws from of switch. Unplued wires and installed new switch and put back together. Very easy.

Oven was not working
I changed the clock , it was very easy ! I changed wire for wire then put the clock in . Simple task but, make sure power if off. You can take a picture of wires with your phone, if you like .
I have to say Parts Select is one of the best companies that I've ever done business with . They help troubleshoot the problem send you the parts on time and make refunds as easy as 123.

Heating element went out
Simply...2 hex head screws removed. Unplug old element...plug in new element...place 2 screws back into place...test

Oven element broke
It took me more time to find the right tool then to remove and replace the element. If I can do it anybody can do it. Removed two (2) screws with a nutdriver. Detached the element replaced with new element and replaced screws. Easy job!

Stove was dropped and had broken, bent frame and adjuster feet
New ones fit perfectly. Take a minute to bend the frame straight. Then and I used oversize screws on the replacement parts as the drop had stripped out the screw holes of the frame.

oven would not turn off, and temperature was inconsistent
Removed 8 screws from back, took out timer and replaced. Simple. $112 fix versus replacing with a $600 oven. Good for another 5 years!

Bake element (bottom of oven) burnt through and snapped in two
Unplug the oven, remove oven racks, unscrew 2 screws at the base of oven bake element, pull the terminals off the wire bases, plug terminals back in, put screws back in place, plug in oven and test that it works...

Bottom oven element non-functional
Shut off power - throw breaker. Oven access easier with door removed - requires removal of two Phillips head screws. Remove two screws holding element in place using 1/4" socket. Pull element & wires out and pull slide in connectors out (had to hold the wire end with needle nose pliers}. Installed element by reversing the removal procedures. Also good time to clean oven.

burners 1 would not do anything burned out 2 when from normal to out of control heat would not keep a constance heat
turned off breaker 3 Phil screws open door and on inside range top I would reconmend a board to hold top up square tip for cross bar and pliers to pull wires off fit perfect works really nice
