Burner not working
I took the burner out of the box and snapped it into the slots on the stove, turned on the stove and made dinner! By the way, I received it in 2 days, which was great. I will recommend your company to others and purchase all of my appliance replacement parts from Parts Select. The Norton Service Guarantee was awesome!! Thank you.

The drip pans needed replacing.
Put in the new drip pan -- which are really nice shiny ones.

Dirty drip bowls
Just remove old bowls from range top and put new ones. That is all ... just super simple! :)

no heat from bottom element
1. waited unsuccessfully for heat (one hour) 2. realized the bottom element wasn't working (one minute) 3. found part on-line from pictures (five minutes) 4. ordered part (one minute) 5. received part (36 hours) 6. installed part (five minutes) 7. "THAT'S how you fix the oven" look to husband (1-2 years)

replace the cook stove's drip bowls instead of cleaning them
I removed the burners and then the older drip bowls of the cook stove--and then I put on the new drip bowls and put back on the burners. My mechanical skills were sufficient for the replacement of the drip bowls.
