I could not believe how quickly the part arrived, and ordering it from web site was so easy due to model availability and clear pictures to ensure the part was what I needed, very cheap cost as opposed to having a "appliance guy come in or running around to a lot of stores, its the 2nd time I've used your company thanks so much for your ease of use and clear explanations , Keep up the good work Jan

After spending days searching at Sears, J.C.Penny and Macy’s, I finally used my computer. 1) Found part select, found the model and part number. 2) Ordered on line. 3) 4 days later it arrived at my door. 4)Removed old filter, Installed new filter. It was over in less than 5 minutes. From now on, I will always look on line first. Thank you for such a painless transaction.
