replacing filter
To replace charcoal filter in microwave, had to take grill off. Tabs on 2 of the 3 screws were fractured and then glued. This happened at the factory. Found Parts Select on the internet who had the grill and filter. Received parts in less than 5 days. Grill was easy to install as the 3rd tab had been eliminated on the replacement part. Reminder signal and message to change filter on microwave digital display.
Removed 2 screws on the top of the microwave and removed top/front piece of microwave. Slid out old filter (which didn't look dirty at all) and replaced it with the new one. Replaced top/front piece and 2 screws. It took less than 5 minutes.

Burned out lightbulb
First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck.
