IMH1205AS0 Whirlpool Microwave - Instructions

Tray arrived in a short period of time and was a perfect match.

Opened box, snapped tabs into holes and installed two screws! Elapsed time 3 minutes. Exact part needed was delivered on day given on status page.

Replaced light bulb.

Removed the glass cover and replaced the bulb. Very simple.

I had no problem installing the new filter. Just used a phillips screw driver to remove the two screws holding the vent cover in place. Cleaned the dust out of the ducts and reinstalled the new filter. The screws must be held to the screw driver with your finger tips so you don't drop them in the vent cover. The most difficulty I had was in clearing the clean code from the screen. There are no instructions in the owners manual for doing this. But after several tries I got it.

The lady in the Nova Scotia call center should get all the credit for being able to identify the part I needed from only the very limited information I was able to give her. Employee of the month for her. She also had such a great can do attitude. Lawence Baier

--simpley removed 2 screws, removed old filter--but had PLENTY of cleaning to do before putting in the new filter !My husband LOVES to cook and pan fry foods--it won't go that long before being replaced in the future!

I unscrewed the filter cover, replaced the charcoal filter and replace the cover. The other wire mesh filter slides right into place. You sent me the right parts for my filter replacement on my microwave. Easy install. Thanks

Poorly designed plastic grill vent covered by stainless steel held by 2 metal screws broke off with minimal pressure during routine cleaning. Easily replaced in 2 minutes with Phillips screwdriver. Partselect very helpful in ordering process. Would not hesitate to use them again. Fairly priced, knowledgeable and sympathetic help. Received part in 3 days from order. Awesome service.

You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. While on your web site and looking at the three parts needed for my microhood oven, I called Customer Service to make certain the parts were correct. The three parts ordered and received were "exact" and easy to replace as instructed with one simple phillips screwdriver. Also, the total price was very reasonable. I would like to also add that the Vent Grille you sent has a much more improved support structure where the mounting screws are inserted than the original. I would, without hesitation, order parts from you in the future than from the major chain store where I purchased the appliance.
