it was working fine and it stopped order a fuse and it wasn't the problem
took it to Buttermore appliance in Auburn Indiana and he changed the fan and added another fuse

Put the Fuse in, then plugged it in came on for a min then everything went out!!!!!
Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

unit damaged during installation
I replaced all the damaged components and the exterior skin. Unit looks and operates like it just came out of the package brand new.

replacing filter
To replace charcoal filter in microwave, had to take grill off. Tabs on 2 of the 3 screws were fractured and then glued. This happened at the factory. Found Parts Select on the internet who had the grill and filter. Received parts in less than 5 days. Grill was easy to install as the 3rd tab had been eliminated on the replacement part. 2 burned out bulbs under the microwave/important light source for kitchen stove.
I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.

Burned out lightbulb
First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. grill vent broken off at plastic attachment points
Poorly designed plastic grill vent covered by stainless steel held by 2 metal screws broke off with minimal pressure during routine cleaning. Easily replaced in 2 minutes with Phillips screwdriver. Partselect very helpful in ordering process. Would not hesitate to use them again. Fairly priced, knowledgeable and sympathetic help. Received part in 3 days from order. Awesome service.

A glass fell out of pantry onto glass tray and broke it.
I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!

flimsy plastic bracket for screw broke off
Opened box, snapped tabs into holes and installed two screws! Elapsed time 3 minutes. Exact part needed was delivered on day given on status page.

Broken plate
Took the replacement plate out of the box and put it in the microwave in seconds. I never realized how much of a difference having the correct microwave plate would make. It's great to have it back.

Bulb burned out
You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

replace light blub
removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.
