Bulb burned out
You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

Broken turntable support ring and missing support

glass turn table would not turn
After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Clearing the clean code was the hardest part.
I had no problem installing the new filter. Just used a phillips screw driver to remove the two screws holding the vent cover in place. Cleaned the dust out of the ducts and reinstalled the new filter. The screws must be held to the screw driver with your finger tips so you don't drop them in the vent cover. The most difficulty I had was in clearing the clean code from the screen. There are no instructions in the owners manual for doing this. But after several tries I got it.

rotating glass dish assembly making stange noise

in 2 yrs the charcoal filter had NEVER been changed and it was smelling horrible--so had to be done !
--simpley removed 2 screws, removed old filter--but had PLENTY of cleaning to do before putting in the new filter !My husband LOVES to cook and pan fry foods--it won't go that long before being replaced in the future!

Missing bracket for mounting microwave oven

It was cracked by the screws.
I took the old one off and put the new one up opened the door to do it and used a magnetic phillips screwdriver.I did not need help from the husband .

The glass tray in the microwave got chipped while i was washing it and started to crack.
I just opened the box and set it in. Took all of two minutes.

Vent grille broken where it attached to unit
The filter was just a maintenance issue. The vent grille, as described on the website already, is poorly constructed; the plastic where the screws attach to hold it on break easily. I ended up using something similar to the plastic of a credit card to make a repair to the side that had broken. I ended up not installing the new grille, I thought I would see how the repair I made held up first. I kept the grille as a spare when the old one finally breaks. CAUTION: When you clean the grille, take it off first! The two spots where it attaches are cheaply made and will break easily. Take out the two screws, clean the grille, and then put it back into place. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SCREWS! Tighten them just enough to hold it in place.

Reminder signal and message to change filter on microwave digital display.
Removed 2 screws on the top of the microwave and removed top/front piece of microwave. Slid out old filter (which didn't look dirty at all) and replaced it with the new one. Replaced top/front piece and 2 screws. It took less than 5 minutes.
