glass turn table would not turn
After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Vent Grille / Grease and Charcoal Filer Replacement
While on your web site and looking at the three parts needed for my microhood oven, I called Customer Service to make certain the parts were correct. The three parts ordered and received were "exact" and easy to replace as instructed with one simple phillips screwdriver. Also, the total price was very reasonable. I would like to also add that the Vent Grille you sent has a much more improved support structure where the mounting screws are inserted than the original. I would, without hesitation, order parts from you in the future than from the major chain store where I purchased the appliance.

burnt out light bulb
The problem I have with changing the bulb is my microwave is an overhead one and therefore I cannot tip it on its side to easily replace the bulb. I have to drop the lid down and carefully install the new bulb from underneath.

Filter dirty
I unscrewed the filter cover, replaced the charcoal filter and replace the cover. The other wire mesh filter slides right into place. You sent me the right parts for my filter replacement on my microwave. Easy install. Thanks

grill vent broken off at plastic attachment points
Poorly designed plastic grill vent covered by stainless steel held by 2 metal screws broke off with minimal pressure during routine cleaning. Easily replaced in 2 minutes with Phillips screwdriver. Partselect very helpful in ordering process. Would not hesitate to use them again. Fairly priced, knowledgeable and sympathetic help. Received part in 3 days from order. Awesome service.

A glass fell out of pantry onto glass tray and broke it.
I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!

flimsy plastic bracket for screw broke off
Opened box, snapped tabs into holes and installed two screws! Elapsed time 3 minutes. Exact part needed was delivered on day given on status page.

replace light blub
removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

Glass cooking tray for microwave cracked.
All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.

turntable was making noise
We took out 10 screws on bottom of microwave. Removed turntable motor. Determined motor was bad by turning and listening while it was turned by hand. Bought motor online. 2 days later motor arrived and we installed it...EASY BREEZE Microwave works GREAT....
