Burned out lightbulb

First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. Microwave Vent Hood Filters

Not so sure this would qualify as "instructions", but I only needed a screwdriver because the "D" rings of the old vent filters broke off and I had to pry to old ones out. Keep in mind, I am mechanically disadvantaged and can barely change an A/C filter ... that being said, all I did for this order was input my Model number and PartSelect found the correct replacement part. I receive the parts super quick (faster than the other 2 purchases I did that day). The only bummer was the packaging ... super huge box for small tiny parts. Otherwise, I now know where to go for replacement parts. This project should be a "no-brainer" for most DYI's, so getting the right parts with just a model number was lifesaving for me :0)

Bulb burned out

You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

Replacement Vent Grille

Very easy - 5 minutes and two screws. Just wish the fixings were more robust !

Part missing

Broken turntable support ring and missing support

glass turn table would not turn

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. replace light blub

removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

Glass cooking tray for microwave cracked.

All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.

A glass fell out of pantry onto glass tray and broke it.

I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!

Grease clogged filters

Slid them out and slid them in. Best part - ordered them at Noon on the Friday after the 4th of July and they arrived at 12:10 the next day - standard shipping.

plastic clips & pieces of original vent broke off and vent grille would no longer lock in place.

Ordered new vent part. Just set in place and fastened screws. These parts do not last because the plastic does deteriorate.

The capacitor was melted in the microwave

My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it. My husband replaced the part easily. The microwave work very well.The microwave was to our friend. He did replace it by a new one. Now we have a new microwave with a fan.

Tabs broke off the old grille

Removed screws from microwave case. installed new grille. inserted screws into holes in case. Tightened screws to secure grille
