Put the Fuse in, then plugged it in came on for a min then everything went out!!!!!
Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

Low power - Slow to heat
Replace Magnetron and then I the inverter unit after I discovered the unit still did not heat properly. Inverter had capacitor that was cracked and I found a diode that was flashing over the printed circuit board.

The microwave door would not stay latched, so it wouldn't come on.
The repair was easy, I just took off a few screws and found the broken latch spring. The real story is how easy it was to find the replacement spring from Partselect! I couldn't believe they had it, and even better yet, I ordered it one afternoon, and it came the next day with normal shipping! Unbelievable! Then I just popped it in and replaced the covers I had removed and it was working again!

replace light blub
removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

Glass cooking tray for microwave cracked.
All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.

Missing bracket for mounting microwave oven

adjusted clips to proper postion ( 2 min ) snapped in place.Total repair time appox. 4 minutes.

Vent grill for microwave had broken tabs and would not stay on
I received the part very quickly after I ordered it-within 2 days! Part was the right part, and had instructions which were fairly easy to follow. It took only about 5 minutes and a screwdriver to install the new vent grill. Awesome, looks great, right part and an ease to install. My neighbor had the same problem and I ordered another which also came within 2 days! 5 minutes and it was installed perfectly also. Appreciate the great service!
