Handle broke off and keypad faulty
rEMOVE FRONT OF DOOR (3 SCREWS ON SIDE), PUTTY KNIFE TO EDGE of dorr to free front of door. Unscrew 2 screws and install new handle.....Keypad: One screw out , lift assmebly up and out; remove old keypad, change tape connrction, replace pad...

Lightbulb burned out
Removed one screw lowered glass cover removed burned out bulb replaced with new one put glass back reinstalled screw. Dune 5 minutes back in business

Grille was not attached by previous contractor (they just leaned it in place) We were to clean up and ofcourse when it was touched to the floor it went.

Vent grill had fallen and cracked
Replacement part was perfect and a quarter the price of the brand name grill. Snapped it in, tightened 2 screws, done! Also delivery of the part was almost overnight. You guys are the greatest.

glass turntable in microwave cracked in half while cooking

Broken Microwave Glass Turntable
All I had to do was open the microwave door and place the turntable on the designated grooves, wha lah it fit. I am now back in business. Thanks to partselect, I found my replacement, ordered and it was shipped in no time.

Vent Grille Cracked and broke at top screws attached area.
Fitted the grille in place and tightened the screws to hold in place.

Glass plate of Microwave missing from an in bulit microwave

Microwave had no electrical
I was sent the wrong fuse by you. I had to procure a fuse in another manner. Very disappointing. The repair was simple. It just took longer because of the failure to send the correct fuse.
