it was working fine and it stopped order a fuse and it wasn't the problem
took it to Buttermore appliance in Auburn Indiana and he changed the fan and added another fuse

Put the Fuse in, then plugged it in came on for a min then everything went out!!!!!
Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

The microwave door would not stay latched, so it wouldn't come on.
The repair was easy, I just took off a few screws and found the broken latch spring. The real story is how easy it was to find the replacement spring from Partselect! I couldn't believe they had it, and even better yet, I ordered it one afternoon, and it came the next day with normal shipping! Unbelievable! Then I just popped it in and replaced the covers I had removed and it was working again!

Broken turntable support ring and missing support

glass turn table would not turn
After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. It was cracked by the screws.
I took the old one off and put the new one up opened the door to do it and used a magnetic phillips screwdriver.I did not need help from the husband .

replace light blub
removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

Glass cooking tray for microwave cracked.
All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.

Broken plate
Took the replacement plate out of the box and put it in the microwave in seconds. I never realized how much of a difference having the correct microwave plate would make. It's great to have it back.

Bulb burned out
You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

Broken Vent Grill
My daugher used the vent grill on the microwave as a handhold while putting dishes away in the cupboard and broke it. I found the part via the Whirlpool website. When the part arrived I removed the two screws, placed the new vent grill in place and replaced the screws. Total time: About 10 minutes.
