Old light bulb popped and burned out and melded itself to the socket. Light bulb then broke off inside the socket. Socket cracked and broke when trying to dislodge broken light bulb.
Removed all the screws from the underside panel - approximately 9 or 10 of them. The panel easily dropped down to allow easy access to the light bulb socket assembly. The wires to the socket easily unplugged and old socket easily removed. New socket slipped right in and wires easily plugged in. Actually took longer to put the screws back in than anything else. I am thrilled with this repair. Note: so easy even a 61 year old single woman in her PJ's can do it.

Microwave was making a grinding sound
Problem was easily diagnosed using the internet as a resource, problem was a bad stirrer motor. Hardest part of the repair was the removal of the microwave. Once off the wall, you remove the outer cover and a molded plastic casing directly underneath the outer cover at the top of hte microwave to expose the stirrer motor. Removed two screws and two wires and the old motor is out. Did exactly the opposite to install the new motor. The kit I recvd included among other things the motor, a new inside cover, plastic rivets and even silicone to seal the inside cover. I am sure I saved a couple hundred dollars by doing myself.

soap and rinse aid were not dispensing
I removed the front cover, which allowed access to the soap dispenser. You need a 1/4" driver set to unscrew the dispenser. I installed the new dispenser, and the dishwasher worked great. The inital problem of the soap door not opening, and the rinse aid not dispensing, was solved.

Vent Grille clips broken
Opened the box, took the new part out and snapped it on. Easy. Fit perfectly. Took less than 2 minutes. Looks great!

burnt out light bulb
The problem I have with changing the bulb is my microwave is an overhead one and therefore I cannot tip it on its side to easily replace the bulb. I have to drop the lid down and carefully install the new bulb from underneath.

Original Vent Fell Off ! Clip Screw Mounts Simply Broke.
Attached additional 3rd clip using phillips screwdriver, snapped vent into place. That's it. Addionally, I ordered the piece (at roughly one third price of factory) on thursday, it arrived saturday !! Excellent !!

Left metal hook on vent grille broke off where it screwed into the plastic
Repair was a breeze. When I received the part the metal piece had been bent in shipment so I gently removed with a screwdriver and bent it back then gently placed metal piece back into place. Your customer service is "AWESOME" Shelley C was amazing. Its rare to find that kind of customer service these days.
