I received my glass cooking tray so fast but when I try to put in the microwave did't fix was to big,I call you today to return and very nice lady help me and told me I need to call whirlpool and explain them and already order again thank so much for all your help you have very nice people in customer service. First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. OMG! I wish everything in life were so easy.....The cooking tray of our 15 year old microwave cracked and I swore it'd be impossible to find a replacement.
