Micro Wave Steamer

Part broken
We ordered element support 3 times and all three times it came broken. The part is made of porcelain and is fragile , representative asked warehouse to pack it in the box and part still came in envelope.

Old microwave glass tray shattered while warming a hard-boiled egg.
