glass turn table would not turn
After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Bulb burned out
You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

Replace filters
For grease filter, just slipped it in outside area. For charcoal filter, unscrewed the top of microwave and replaced existing filter, then screwed back the top.

replacing filter
To replace charcoal filter in microwave, had to take grill off. Tabs on 2 of the 3 screws were fractured and then glued. This happened at the factory. Found Parts Select on the internet who had the grill and filter. Received parts in less than 5 days. Grill was easy to install as the 3rd tab had been eliminated on the replacement part. Burned out lightbulb
First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. Reminder signal and message to change filter on microwave digital display.
Removed 2 screws on the top of the microwave and removed top/front piece of microwave. Slid out old filter (which didn't look dirty at all) and replaced it with the new one. Replaced top/front piece and 2 screws. It took less than 5 minutes.

Burned out Halogen Bulb
Unscrewed light cover then inserted lights. When I called your company gave them the model Number they knew the exact part needed promptly mailed the replacement lights.

The capacitor was melted in the microwave
My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it. My husband replaced the part easily. The microwave work very well.The microwave was to our friend. He did replace it by a new one. Now we have a new microwave with a fan.

Filter dirty
I unscrewed the filter cover, replaced the charcoal filter and replace the cover. The other wire mesh filter slides right into place. You sent me the right parts for my filter replacement on my microwave. Easy install. Thanks

grill vent broken off at plastic attachment points
Poorly designed plastic grill vent covered by stainless steel held by 2 metal screws broke off with minimal pressure during routine cleaning. Easily replaced in 2 minutes with Phillips screwdriver. Partselect very helpful in ordering process. Would not hesitate to use them again. Fairly priced, knowledgeable and sympathetic help. Received part in 3 days from order. Awesome service.

flimsy plastic bracket for screw broke off
Opened box, snapped tabs into holes and installed two screws! Elapsed time 3 minutes. Exact part needed was delivered on day given on status page.
