Burned out lightbulb
First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. Suffice to say the replacement went well and you can be certain the next time I need a part I will go to you first. I am also impressed with the organizations with which you are affiliated with. burnt out light bulb
The problem I have with changing the bulb is my microwave is an overhead one and therefore I cannot tip it on its side to easily replace the bulb. I have to drop the lid down and carefully install the new bulb from underneath.

Broken Vent Grille

replace light blub
removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

Glass cooking tray for microwave cracked.
All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.

The old grill cover fell off and broke.

Missing bracket for mounting microwave oven
Attached bracket to wall with screws and hung microwave oven. Very easy project.

Mounting Screw Tabs broke and grill falls off
Remove the screws from the unit metal tabs. Insert two locator tabs of the grill into the slits in the unit and install the two mounting screws. SIMPLE

Microwave had no charcoal filters in the lower area just above the cooking range.
I simply removed the mesh guards in the bottom of the microwave ad placed the new charcoal filters behind them and replaced them in the slots under the appliance.

The vent grille is plastic and not very durable.
There are two screws that hold the unit on. Very simple to install. When you clean the vent grille don't push too hard on it or you will be replacing it again...

Vent grill sttachment points were brokek off...a VERY poor drsign with a weak material(I used to be in the plastic molding business)
Took out the screws and replaced the vent. (here is a trick, to make getting the screws in a rather hard to reach area I glued them to the end of the screwdriver-super glue)

Slide the old one out of the slot and insert the new one in its place.
