oven made a loud buzzing & would not heat

completly removed outer cabinet,discharged capicator,removed some internal parts so I could get at the magnetron,
.removed replaced magnetron,reinstalled inner parts& cabinet .tested microwave viola
everything worked again.

I dropped the glass tray

My husband wanted to use super glue to put it back together. I totally disagreed - googled the problem - order the replacement tray. It works great!!!

Broken glass cooking tray

Cannot believe how fast I received the tray. It was shipped from Lenexa warehouse, which is just 100 miles south of us so I received it in like nextday. Popped it in Microwave and was good as new. Will definitely order from parts select again. Thank you.

Stopped heating and had a banging noise

I took instant pictures at each step to make sure I put the wires back correctly. Removed the front panel. Discharged the capacitor with a voltage meter. Removed parts in front of the magnetron. Removed and replaced the magnetron. Reassembled. Works find now. Small hands, a flashlight and a magnet (for dropped screws) would help. I did not need the pictures.

Broken Cooking Tray

We were remodeling our kitchen and installing new custom Kraftmade cabinets. The microwave had to be removed to install the new cabinet above the stove, during the process of taking the microwave down we forgot to take the inside pieces out of the unit, the door popped open and the tray fell on the floor and broke. I ordered a new one, by the time the cabinets were in the tray was here and we reinstalled the microwave.
