Grille assembly vent was cracked and would not stay in place nor would vent operate
By selecting the entire grille assembly vs buying just the individual parts it made the replacement simple. Just had to remove 2 screws from the old assembly to remove. The new assembly popped right in and fastened it with the 2 old screws. I would recommend purchasing the entire grille assembly vs. just the individula parts if the plastic is cracked and brittle. The price difference was not that significant.

Loud noise from inside microwave
I initally thought the problem was the turn table motor but after installing that motor & not being successful I realized the problem was the stirrer motor.Removing & insalling that motor was a bit more challenging but worth the effort as I saved either the cost of a repair technician or the puchase of a new one.The microwave is back in service & running fine.

Old cooking tray drive motor no longer worked.
After finding the part on PartSelect, ordering it online, receiving it quicker than expected -- it took me 5 minutes to unscrew the bottom cover of the microwave, take off the old motor, replace with the new motor, screw the cover back on and test the WORKING cooking tray drive motor.
Very impressed with the efficiency of PartSelect. It's web page was easy to navigate. Thanks.

A horrid grinding noise while using appliance
I looked up the parts of the microwave on Part Select to see if there might be something I might be able to do myself. I found that the Cooking Tray drive motor was the problem. I ordered the part and got it the very next day. I loosened the 6 screws to the lower part of the microwave and then the two screws that held the part in place. I removed the element and pulled the wire plug from the element, placed the new element back in with the screws, repluged the wire, placed the lower cover back to the microwave, tested the microwave out and, is still working quietly as if it were new. Thanks to part select.com it was easy.

Cooking Tray motor failed
Found this site, was able to identify the specific part through the internal search engine, very user friendly.

Read what others had said about similar repair. Now with confidence, removed screws, got easy access to the motor, removed motor, installed new motor, re-installed bottom cover, done!

If you have electric burner or gas stove, I suggest laying down a towel or similar cloth. In the event you drop a screw, you done want it bouncing off the stove surface, or down into the burner dishes.

Great site, great resource, super fast shipping.

Springs and brackets on the grill assembly were broken, and when the oven went on the grill door opened and wouldnt close when the oven went off.
I removed the two screws that held the grill assembly in place,, pulled out the entire assembly, and replaced it with the new one. Parts were shipped as promised and I was able to track the order. Price was reasonable.

Turntable no longer went around
I followed the instructions provided by others on-line who had done a similar repair. I removed a handful of screws, disconnected the wires from the old drive motor and connected them to the new drive, replaced the screws that held the drive motor in place, and those that held the bottom housing in place, and I was done. Literally took less than 10 minutes. If I had known earlier how easy it was, the microwave would have been fixed much earlier.

the halogen light above the stovetop burned out
the online instructions were ideal - just unscrewed the right-hand screw (the only screw) and replaced the bulb by inserting gently but firmly)...getting the old bulb out was a pain, b/c it shattered in my grasp (with little bits of glass all over the stove!), but that has nothing to do with the purchase and installation from this site - all a very good experience
