took glass cover off being an electrician and saw lamp or bulb was burned out. googled your site and with model number.went on partselect found lamp,orderd it.2 days later lamp arived installed lamp. So easy no running around or making several calls

Used a phillips screwdriver to remove the screw holding the light cover in place. Removed the two bulbs and replaced them. Closed the cover and tightened the screw

It was just a matter of removing the old bulb and easily putting the new one in place. Very simple repair and the bulb was received amazingly fast. Was no doubt the best service I have received and I appreciate the quick response.

All one has to do is use a screw driver to remove the screws, one per lens.
Then lower the lens bracket, bend the 4 tabs holding the
lens, remove and replace the lens and screw the brackets back in place.

Less than 10 minuits.

unscrew one screw and remove bulb and insert new bulb and replace lense with one screw-

as easy as it gets-

Repair was simple; only a phillips head screw driver was required to remove the access plate.

Part Select delivered the replacement lamps within 3 days from the date I placed the order - great service.

Unscrew (one screw) and take off the cover of the surface light under the microwave (the light over the stove). Firmly pull out the old light bulbs. Align the two prongs of the new bulbs into the socket and firmly push into the recepticle. Replace the cover and screw.

Had to remove one screw from the light lens metal frame. Then slid the broken glass out and replaced. Pulled out the two prong bulb and put the new one straight in. Put back frame and screw. Very easy

One screw out - drop panel - remove and replace bulbs!!

Threw the old filter away and slide the new one in without any tools ! Filter should be cleaned every month - who knew ?

Buying the bulb and doing the replacement my self was the best thing I had done. The same problem happened last year and I had the American Home shield insurance at that time so I called the company and they took three weeks between ordering and replacing the light, they showed me the final bill and it was $240.00....!!! This time I bought the light through partselect, got it within 48 hours and did he replacement myself within 15 min, I followed the instructions on the video and had to do an extra step ( due to the model I have) but I was able to replace the bulb and yooohooo it was working when I reconnect the power... I am a person who never tried to fix any electrical appliance before, but after this experience I will always try to do it myself... Believe me if I can do it and felt it was easy you can do it.... Microwave would not turn on--No lights--Nothing worked 1. Removed screws from back and side and pull off microwave cover. Be careful! There HIGH voltage back there due to a large capacitor that stores power. This capacitor is charged up even with Microwave unplugged. I checked the fuse located on top back part of Microwave. A lot of the time this is the problem but this time the fuse was good. I used an Ohm meter to check to see if there was an open circuit in one of the Thermostats. There are two of them in the Microwave. The Thermostats are about the size of a dime. One is located on the top right side and the other is on the top left side. One of them was bad. I ordered a new Thermostat. It arrived in just 2 days. I installed it and the Microwave was repaired and working great.

So simple, unscrew the hatch underneath the microwave oven, pull out old bulbs, and insert new.

Opened the cover. Removed burned out bulbs. Ordered replacements which arrived fairly quickly. Forgot to turn off power to unit (didn't matter in the end!). Using the bubble wrap the new bulbs came in, I inserted the bulbs one by one into their respective sockets. Not really tricky but the surface light is in the back of the microwave so I had to lean over the stove to get all the way back. Once in the bulbs worked fine. Closed the cover. All back to normal.

My daughter hand installed bulbs without a problem, took a minute and used a phillips to reinstall the cover. I shopped on-line because I wasted two hours between Lowe's and Home Depot trying to get the right bulb. I did think your postage was crazy high, otherwise glad to get the right bulbs to solve the problem.
