All power to the microwave went out.
PartSelect had helpful repair instructions on-line which made the repair easier and faster. Unfortunately, there were other problems with the oven that immediately blew the new fuse I had just installed. It was then determined that additional repair would most likely cost almost as much as a new microwave.

Powered Off completely
After reading reviews that there was no power what so ever and a fuse replacement will solve the problem, I tried it. Replacing the fuse is very easy (and I am not handy at all). All you have to do is remove the microwave cover from the top by removing two screws, slide the cover to the left and pulling the cover off. Then remove the grill in front of you, by removing one or two screws. The fuse is in front of you, use pliers and be firm but gentle. Replacing the fuse is easy but it did not solve my problem.

microwave just stopped working
First unplugged the microwave, took top grill off, took control panel off, took wires off and used color coded tape to make sure they went back in right places, took fuse out and replaced it and put every thing back and it all worked fine and to top it off my wife did it all. So it was pretty easy.

Glass tray wouldn't rotate
Turned microwave on back to expose bottom, in the center there is a prepunch cover that has to be broken free to get at the motor. I used dykes to cut metal webs around holes. When free the metal cover can be removed exposing the motor that needs to be replaced. One screw holds it in place. Pull off connector, two faston connections, comes off easy, replace motor , replace screw, installed connector, turn metal cover around, replace screw to hold down cover and you are done. Replaced spoked plastic arm under tray.....look closely for flat spots on the wheels....you probably will see them ...also replace. All worked well,$54 was worth it...couldn't buy a new one for that money.

Microwave light went out
I have the built-in microwave in the cabinet. The hard part was getting it out of the cabinet. Once out, removing the cover and replacing the bulb and fuse was very easy. You need the tamper proof star bits to take out the screws holding the cover to the microwave. I got the bit set from Amazon for about $8. My fuse was OK. But I replaced it anyway, since it was 4-year-old. I am no expert in appliance repair, but found it fairly easy to do the repair. After unplugging the microwave, wait for 20 to 30 minutes before opening it, so that the capacitor inside completely discharges. It is supposed to discharge in 30 seconds, but why take a chance of electrocution..?

Microwave Table Does Not Turn
This was simple. However I found that the turntable motor was striped so I had to order that too and take off the oven cover. It was simple. Just like walking to the drugstore. I figure I saved at least $100! Be careful when you put the ring guide back. Just line it up carefully. Don't force it! With these on-line appliance people, you are a winner! You can always call the repair guy, they'll be glad to come out, but if you have 1/2 a brain, you can fix it yourself.

It had a thumping before the turn table stopped.
I just wanted to let you know that the order for the microwave parts was great. They were the exact parts not a cheap knock off but the exact part. In less than 24 hours after starting to look you up on line to the time I finished the replacement was just a little less than 24 hours. I checked two suppliers close to our house and the parts weren’t in stock and would take 3-5 days for them to get them in. Not only did you do it quicker and no trips to order and pick up the parts but you were less by a little. Thanks again. I don’t normally contact someone like this but this was exceptional.I would replace the rotating ring guide every time a motor is replaced. Mine had a minor flat spot on one of the white wheels that was draging and wore the motor out. The new parts work great.

When trying to run, intermittently, the light would come on but the tray wouldn't rotate or cook. When the door was open, the tray would intermittently rotate.
I pulled out the unit and found 2 interlock switches that are depressed when the door closes. After cycling the door open/closed I found that one of the switches occasionally would stay depressed. The repair was easy (after I took off the panels so I could get to the switch) I simply removed 2 screws that attached the interlock switch assemblies to the main unit. Then I popped out the defective switch and popped in the new one. This did indeed fix my problem.

Turn table would not work
We tried to follow the instruction on your website but our unit was slightly different. We had to take the stainless Steele outside shell off to remove the bottom to get to the motor. After removing the bottom, there was no wire mesh to cut through so this made it easier and less of a mess. The real challenge after installing the motor and getting the bottom cover back on was lining the stainless steel cover back to fit within all the grooves around the top and sides. It took 2 of us to get the tight fit correct. After that it was good to go! Thanks for the help and general guidance. I think ours was different because of the age and possibly the stainless steel model. We will definitely use your company again. The damage was absolutely human error. I placed a large heavy glass container in the microwave with handles that restricted the rotation. This jammed up the motor and the plastic cog on the motor broke off in the rotating ring. You do need to purchase both the motor and ring to completely repair this problem. Thank you, Lin

Turn table stopped working.
Repairs went great with no issues. It took me longer to clean up the area and interior of the microwave. Dust goes everywhere when fans are used to cool and move the air.

Turn plate started making clicking noises and eventually stopped turning
It was extremely easy. I put the microwave on my table upside down and could see the motor thru the holes in the bottom cover. It appeared as though the outside skin had to be removed to access the motor but after looking at it there is an access panel I did have to cut it loose. Not bolted on. There was a message stamped into the bottom case next to the panel that said to debur after panel is removed. So I cut it loose on 3 sides was able get to the one screw swap the motor and reinstall it in about 5 minutes. It works like new What an easy and quick repair. Thanks
