The fan cover in the top of the microwave had a melted spot.
I used a flat screwdriver blade to push out the rivet. Then used the screwdriver to loosen the fan cover and gave it a little twist. It came out with no problem. There was some grease build up on the aluminum fan, so I cleaned it. I placed the clean fan into the new fan cover and put it back in place in the microwave. There are several notches to match up, and then I gave it a slight twist to secure the notches. Then, the new rivet was put into the hole and pushed to make it secure. Finished!

Grill vent broke
Fairly easy to repair. The hardest part for me was trying to get the lip under the frame so it will snap in.
I could only replace the left screw because the right didn’t align properly. The grill fits tightly so I’m not worried about the one side.

Glass tray somehow got a nick in the edge, a few days later it split while in use.
Another company said the new plate would arrive in mid-March, this company seemed to be faster so ordered the tray here, and it came in less than a week. I put the turn button back in the center hole, set the wheeled ring on the bottom of the oven, fitted the new glass tray onto the turn button.

For this under cabinet wall mounted unit you will need two people to remove it. There are two mounting screws inside the bottom of cabinet. Remove the two screws and lower the cabinet. Place it on a flat surface and remove the 8 screws
From the bottom of the cabinet. Then remove the two screws from turntable motor. Reverse the procesdure and the job done. Don’t forget to turn off power. Good luck!

Plastic cover had quarter size hole burned
Use a butter knife to pop small plastic pin out and turn to remove. Used the metal pinwheel from old one and placed it back up in the microwave. Never heard of this being possible, but it seems to happen per the website and many other comments.

Stirrer fan cover was melted
This repai me couldn’t have been simpler! I noticed that the stirrer fan cover on our microwave had melted areas. My husband suggested we just buy a new microwave. As the handywoman of the family, I searched online to see if it was a fix that I could handle. I ordered a part for less than $20 and fixed it in about 30 seconds! All I had to do was pop out the plastic screw, put the fan in the new cover, and pop it back into place!
