My handle broke
I printed off the interior collar, came off very easy, unscrewed the old handle (2 screws) screwed in the new handle popped the collar back on...DONE!

The vent grille frame was broken. How? The vent was loose and not operating properly .
Removed the screws holding the frame to the microwave and all the screws holding the front stainless vent part. Reattached the vent to the new plastic frame and microwave. I only used a screwdriver.

Frame broke in several places. It had been assembled inncorrectly at the factory.
Took pictures of broken frame before removal. Parts from the old frame had to be used on the new frame. Replacement was straight forward and not difficult.

Broken light lense
Removed one screw, installed new lense in lense frame, rescrewed. Done.

Broken lens.
Used a phillips head screw driver and loosened the lens frame under the microwave. Removed the broken lens and replaced it with the lens ordered. Put the lens frame back in place and secured it with the phillips head screw.

time would count down but unit would not run & heat.
remove cover, unplug secondary door switch (top switch)
remove switch from holder, install new switch, plug in wires, replace cover, very easy. door switches are a common problem
with microwave ovens.

dropped the glass cooking tray while cleaning
after a couple of misfires, got the correct size tray, and replaced it in the oven.

glass light lens were broken
All one has to do is use a screw driver to remove the screws, one per lens.
Then lower the lens bracket, bend the 4 tabs holding the
lens, remove and replace the lens and screw the brackets back in place.
Less than 10 minuits.

oven wouldn't heat
remove cover-unplug wires from secondary switch-remove switch-snap in new switch-plug in wires-replace cover-works great. very easy to do.

Broken Halogen light socket
There are five Philips screws on the bottom outside cover .one at each corner and one at the front center. Remove all four at the corners .leaving the front center for last. When the last screw is removed ,the cover will hinge down, it is attached to clips at the back that allow it fold down. The wire attached to the light socket is connected by a pull apart plug. Grasp at each end of the hard plastic connector and pull outward ,DO NOT PULL ON THE Wires ! Lift the cover from the back of the microwave place it on a flat surface on a towel keep it from sliding around. Remove the screws holding the porcelain sockets. Reverse procedure to reinstall .Installing new Halogen lamps is suggested. Use a clean tissue or cloth to handle the lamps, finger prints on the lamp will shorten the life .

Door film was damaged by contact with tin foil
Remove old film by peeling away from glass. Lift from corner and pull to remove. Remove backing from new film slowly as you are applying to the door a little at a time. Smooth with a plastic spatular as you apply from one side of the door to the other and you will have no wrinkles or air pockets.
