Powered Off completely
After reading reviews that there was no power what so ever and a fuse replacement will solve the problem, I tried it. Replacing the fuse is very easy (and I am not handy at all). All you have to do is remove the microwave cover from the top by removing two screws, slide the cover to the left and pulling the cover off. Then remove the grill in front of you, by removing one or two screws. The fuse is in front of you, use pliers and be firm but gentle. Replacing the fuse is easy but it did not solve my problem.

Turntable not turning
The hard part I thought, was to find the part I needed. Not so with Part Select. It took less than a minute to find and order. The new part showed up in a few days. I noticed the new part was a little differant in a good way. The socket porition was a little deeper making it a little better. The microwave works great now.

Microwave would turn on ,BUT turn table would not turn and oven would not heat.
Took off cover , unpluged switches , took off switch assy, off/on test hooped and howlered for about 5 mins .Then laughed about other sites said could get those switches. Just wanted to say I LOVE Partselect. Super fast del , great price. JUST AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Broken Glass Tray
Very easy replacement. Just lift out and replace with a new one!

Glass kept slipping down one I got the correct part, my error, it was very easy to put back together.
Removed the door and took the door inside frame apart, the ridge holding the outside glass had broken. After getting the new door pannel simply put door back together.

microwave just stopped working
First unplugged the microwave, took top grill off, took control panel off, took wires off and used color coded tape to make sure they went back in right places, took fuse out and replaced it and put every thing back and it all worked fine and to top it off my wife did it all. So it was pretty easy.

Cover stirrer melted because microwave was left on with nothing in it.

microwave won't heat
bought a fuse but that didn't solve the problem. Guess I need a new microwave

Had preheated the convection/microwave oven to bake 2 frenchbread pizzas for 25 minutes. Placed aluminum tray on top of glass plate with pizzas. 20 minutes into baking the plate cracked in half. Why? Don't know. Never had before.
Unpacked glass plate from cardboard box and placed atop rotating spindle inside oven - done.

Easy Fix
To replace the broken latch (which rendered the microwave inoperable), I used a flat head screw driver to pry the plastic surround off of the inside of the microwave door. Then used the same screwdriver to pry off the metal inner apron--BE CAREFUL, when the metal apron pops off, the door glass will slip down. Latch itself easily popped into place. We took advantage of the repair to give micro a thorough cleaning--consider ordering filters when ordering parts to save on shipping. Repair was much easier than trying to locate an over-the-range micro to fit in same spot and latch itself was <$5.00.
