Microwave would not heat
Determining the root cause was fairly simple - but one should always identify the basic repair part first that may be the root cause - in this order - Diode - HV Capacitor - Magnetron due to costs of fixing the issue. I found that after replacing the two major components it may have been just the Diod/Rectifier a low coat resolution - but one never knows if the issue was one or many problems that wouldn't allow the Microwave to heat. The team at PartSelect was very helpful and was able to expidite the Magnetron to my residence to start the repair process KUDO's to the Customer Service Team!

broken microwave turn table
My dog ate the plastic piece that turns the glass in our microwave. I went to partsselect.com for a replacement piece and found it. It was really easy to find it and relatively cheap. The piece came in the mail in about 3 days and was really easy to install. My wife was so impressed how great it went that my sex life has nearly sky rocketed. annual replacement of filter
My husband did it by just taking off the panel on the top of the microwave and replace old with new. We cleaned up some of the accumulated grease as well on the microwave. He had a little problem with the screws. We have done this before so no big problem. Thanks
