Hello Fermin, Thank you for the question. This could indicate the Magnetron is faulty and may need to be replaced. The magnetron can be tested with an multi meter set on the highest scale. Across the terminals, you should read 0 ohms (or .5 ohms). Test both terminals to ground with one lead and make sure it is not shorted. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hello Dalila, thank you for your question. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the turntable motor, part number FIX12071283. A faulty turntable motor might cause the microwave to make a loud humming noise. Checking the motor for continuity using a multimeter might help. Good luck with the repair!

Power would not come on, would trip breaker when connected.
First thing I dir was search YouTube for any related videos and found this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHj4H9Fdxrc, it was the exact problem my microwave was exhibiting. Once I verified the problem by troubleshooting, I removed the part and verified that the switches were working fine, the door latch assembly showed signs of wear which was the cause of the problem. After receiving the replacement part I installed it, verified that power was restored to the unit and reassembled the microwave, works fine, hope it lasts a long time!
