Lower rack of dishwasher was rotted and needed to be replaced
Pulled out the old rack and rolled in the new rack. No tools required. The best part was I ordered it one day and it arrived the next! I was very pleased by that.

Corroded and Rusted Rack
This repair was easier than I ever imagined. I slid the old bottom rack out and slid the new one in, right out of the box. It fit perfectly. Took me all of ten seconds. Thanks!!

Wheels were broken off and some rust.
Took out the old lower rack and inserted the new one. Was worth every penny. New rack slides so smooth.

Tips on rack were rusted and leaving marks on my dishes.
everything went great. Just took out the old and put in the new. No problenms at all. I will be referring your company to everyone I know, Soon to be ordering part for my refrigerator, it's about 10 years old.

damaged bottom rack/rust
Just slid out the old rack and pushed in the new one. As a 70 year old lady with NO mechanical skills, it took me longer to get it out of the shipping box than into the dishwasher.

Lower rack rusted
I overheard a woman talking about having to replace her dishwasher because the racks were rusted. I couldn't believe my ears. Mine had gotten pretty bad, so I went online to see if I could figure out how to replace it. I happened upon this site and it was the easiest thing I have ever done. I found my model number,(Instructions on the site helped me locate it.) located the item on the site and ordered it. It arrived within days already assembled. I opened my dishwasher, took out the old one and put the new one in. PERFECT FIT! It couldn't have been easier.

The rack had rust with broken prongs
I took the rack out of the box and rolled it in. It is that simple. The part was at my door in 24 hours. I was very impressed with this company and would use them again.
