Bake Element burned out after 24 years of lot's of use
The key was finding the right socket and using my 1/4 inch socet set and rachet. Remove your nuts, pull out disconnect wires, remove old element and put new one in place. One tip is turn on stove light to be able to see well while in oven.

I was astounded, I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon and FedEx delivered it on Saturday afternoon. Great overall service.

bottom element wouldn't heat
Turned off the breaker. Unscrewed the two srews holding the element in the back of the oven. Pulled out old element. removed the clips from the old element, placed them on the new one. Pushed the element into place. replaced the screws. Turned on the breaker. Total time about 5-6 minutes. Wish all reapirs were this simple and easy.

Slow heating oven
To diagnose the problem I felt of the element a few moments after turning the oven on. It was cold. (rocket science, I know). I ordered the element replacement, which arrived less than 24 hours later. I turned off the power to the oven, unscrewed the old element and pulled. The wires are attached to the element in a way that reminds me of plugging in a USB port. Plugged, screwed back in, powered up and made some banana bread.

Lower element burned out
Just like all the others, remove the two philip's head screws, and pull the wires out far enough to remove connectors. Install connectors on new element, push the wires back into the holes, and screw the cover plates from the new element into the back wall of the oven.

Lack Of Heating
First I removed the top vent, this exposed the control panel holding screw - I removed this screw lifted to unhooked and I swing the panel to the left - disconnect the harness attached to this panel and be able to removed it out of the way, then I removed a fan assembly located on the back of the cavity -- this exposed the capacitor - carefully disconnect the capacitor ( I was a little concern about this because is a high voltage cap) I used isolating pliers, just in case energy was stored, that's it. Put everything back and microwave start working again. I think I still need to find out why the fan is not automatically start running after I start the microwave and the internal light only goes on sometimes when I open the door - can anybody help on this?
