in 2 yrs the charcoal filter had NEVER been changed and it was smelling horrible--so had to be done !
--simpley removed 2 screws, removed old filter--but had PLENTY of cleaning to do before putting in the new filter !My husband LOVES to cook and pan fry foods--it won't go that long before being replaced in the future!

Broken turntable support ring and missing support

glass turn table would not turn
After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Burned out lightbulb
First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. Replace filters
For grease filter, just slipped it in outside area. For charcoal filter, unscrewed the top of microwave and replaced existing filter, then screwed back the top.

The capacitor was melted in the microwave
My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it. My husband replaced the part easily. The microwave work very well.The microwave was to our friend. He did replace it by a new one. Now we have a new microwave with a fan.

The glass tray in the microwave got chipped while i was washing it and started to crack.
I just opened the box and set it in. Took all of two minutes.

It was cracked by the screws.
I took the old one off and put the new one up opened the door to do it and used a magnetic phillips screwdriver.I did not need help from the husband .

Top vent grille broken where screws held it in place.
Extremely easy. Was very impressed with the ease of ordering the part and speed with which it was delivered. All I had to do was remove old screws and from oven and replace vent grill with screwdriver. Thanks PartSelect.

Replace vent grille
The repair was very simple. only had to remove two screws and replaced the broken grill.

burnt out light bulb
The problem I have with changing the bulb is my microwave is an overhead one and therefore I cannot tip it on its side to easily replace the bulb. I have to drop the lid down and carefully install the new bulb from underneath.

A glass fell out of pantry onto glass tray and broke it.
I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!
