element went bad would not heat
Removed screws that hold element remove wires from old element replace with new one replace screws turn power back on at breaker box done.PS make a steak done.

Broil element was shorted out and not working.
Removed four screws lowered element down and removed four wires being very careful, wires can slip back into the hole. Pull wires out of hole. Reattach new element and screw back in place.

Inner Glass Shattered During Self Cleaning Cycle
Removed one trim piece on top of inner door with philips screw driver(4 screws). Claened all remaining glass from door. Placed rubber gasket from old glass to new glass along top. Laid new glass in place - reinstalled trim piece - reset door on oven.
