Light worked, timer and control pad worked, but no turntable, no heat, no noises of any sort, just didn't start up
It was a snap using the instructions given. The key is getting into the unit. I did have to use a multimeter to find the failed switch since there are two of that type.

Broiler stopped working. Wouldn't toast my toast.
I thought because the broiler was off that I could remove the element with not problem. As I was pulling the element out, it sparked, melting something in the back I couldn't see at the time. I immediately went to the breaker box and turned the power to the oven off. After I found the website online I was very gratified to see how easy it was to identify the element I needed and order it. I removed the old element. One of the wires from the element slipped through the hole in the back of the oven. To get at it I had to unscrew the four screws around the outside edge of the oven and pull the whole oven out. I had a table handy that I pulled up next to the oven and set it on without disconnecting the main wiring. After getting the oven out I removed the six or so screws on the coverplate and easily found the loose wire. I pushed the wire back through the hole in the back of the oven and made sure it would not fall back into the hole. I put the back plate on with all its screws; pushed the oven back into its hole and screwed the four screws in around the edge that hold the oven in. Then I attatched the broiler element to the spade connectors and screwed it back in place. I turned the breaker switch back on and tested it. It works.

Broiler element would not heat
After turning off power, I removed the two screws and pulled the element and wires out, removed the wires and then attached them to the new element and replaced the screws. However, this did NOT correct the problem. The broiler did not work until I tried several times turning it on and off. It then worked once but then did not. It worked once more after several tries. I then called a repairman suspecting the control board. He confirmed this and tested the old element which was in good working order after all. A new board has been ordered.

Microwave would not turn on
Microwave would not turn on. Lights and fan worked fine. Before the microwave stopped completely, it would turn the microware fan on even when door was open. I read the reviews and they were exactly the same issue that others were facing. Once I opened the front panel and got to the switches it was easy to figure out which switch was bad as it was the one that was soft (When clicking it). It was hard to take it out though (it seemed stuck). So, I used a plier to yank it out. I put in the new switch and everything worked just great! I would like to thank other comments that were left on the site to make my task much easier. Thank you (to the commenters on PartsSelect), you not only saved me money, but also ensured that I learn about the microwave more and give me the confidence that I could fix it.

Powered Off completely
After reading reviews that there was no power what so ever and a fuse replacement will solve the problem, I tried it. Replacing the fuse is very easy (and I am not handy at all). All you have to do is remove the microwave cover from the top by removing two screws, slide the cover to the left and pulling the cover off. Then remove the grill in front of you, by removing one or two screws. The fuse is in front of you, use pliers and be firm but gentle. Replacing the fuse is easy but it did not solve my problem.

All power to the microwave went out.
PartSelect had helpful repair instructions on-line which made the repair easier and faster. Unfortunately, there were other problems with the oven that immediately blew the new fuse I had just installed. It was then determined that additional repair would most likely cost almost as much as a new microwave.

microwave just stopped working
First unplugged the microwave, took top grill off, took control panel off, took wires off and used color coded tape to make sure they went back in right places, took fuse out and replaced it and put every thing back and it all worked fine and to top it off my wife did it all. So it was pretty easy.

Timer, light and control pad worked. Turn table and heat did not work. Oven would not start up.
I first read where someone had the same problem. Their solution was a burned-out fuse. I ordered a new fuse...installed it and that did not solve my problem. I revisted PartSelect and read how Marla (from Arlington, TX)solved her problem. I purchased a secondary switch and when it arrived, I made a copy of Marla's instructions and followed them to the letter. I installed the new secondary switch into the secondary space, put everything back together and the oven STILL DID NOT WORK. I had to take the latching panel apart again and test each switch to see if there was another bad one. I found that the third switch was burned out. So I took the new switch out of the second slot and installed it into the third slot. I tested the switches before reinstalling the latching panel. This time everything worked. So I put everything back together, reinstalled the microwave on the wall, tested it again, and everything worked perfectly.

uneven heating of oven
This repair was super easy. I removed the two screws holding the oven sensor in place, pulled the sensor from the oven wall to expose the two wires attached to the sensor cut and spliced in the new sensor as per instructions. The supplied wiring kit made this splice very easy. I then reinserted the wires and sensor from the oven wall, put the screws back in place tested the oven. Oven now works like new and I got bonus points from a happy wife!
