I had a broken turntable roller quide under the glass plate
opened the microwave door, removed the glass plate, removed the bad roller quide, replaced with the new one, replaced the glass plate and then closed the door. :)

Powered Off completely
After reading reviews that there was no power what so ever and a fuse replacement will solve the problem, I tried it. Replacing the fuse is very easy (and I am not handy at all). All you have to do is remove the microwave cover from the top by removing two screws, slide the cover to the left and pulling the cover off. Then remove the grill in front of you, by removing one or two screws. The fuse is in front of you, use pliers and be firm but gentle. Replacing the fuse is easy but it did not solve my problem.

Turntable roller guide broken
Simply remove the broken turntable roller guide from the rotor and put in the new replacement -- less time than opening the box!

Turntable roller replacement
This was as easy as it gets. The whole process took seconds to complete. Simply remove the old roller and install the new one. It was wonderfully easy.

Not heating
Removed the above stove microhood. Removed the side panels & the top panel. Diode located on right hand side of microwave. Removed with screwdriver & replaced new diode. It's best to get the microwave schematic online to pinpoint location of the part.

All power to the microwave went out.
PartSelect had helpful repair instructions on-line which made the repair easier and faster. Unfortunately, there were other problems with the oven that immediately blew the new fuse I had just installed. It was then determined that additional repair would most likely cost almost as much as a new microwave.

Turntable does not rotate
A slam-dunk...just replaced the old roller guide with the new one. Simpler than replacing a light bulb and no tools required.

oven temp. was not what setting called for
turned oven off, pulled oven out from wall, removed back of oven, unscrewed sensor from oven replaced with new sensor, put back on, turned power to oven on, tried oven at 425, my temp. gage and the oven temp matched. a very easy fix.

Broiler Element burnt out
The actual repair was relatively easy but access to the area in the oven made it a little difficult. Just unscrew 5 screws with a nut driver, unplug the old element, plug in the new element and reinstall the 5 screws. The only thing that made this repair difficult was being able to reach the connectors where you plug in the new element. They are loose wire connectors that don't reach very far out of the element receptacle. It was difficult to hold the end of the connector and plug in the new element because the oven door is in your way. Maybe it is easier if you take the oven door off first?

Would not heat
I think I could have managed with just the diode but since I had to pull it I decided to replace all related parts per my research. The Magnetron more than likely was fine.

microwave just stopped working
First unplugged the microwave, took top grill off, took control panel off, took wires off and used color coded tape to make sure they went back in right places, took fuse out and replaced it and put every thing back and it all worked fine and to top it off my wife did it all. So it was pretty easy.

Convection motor making loud clunking noise
Turned off power to range, slid range out from counter, removed convection fan cover, removed convection fan blade, removed back of range panel over convection motor, removed motor, put in new motor, put range panel back on, put new fan blade on front of motor, replaced fan cover, turned power on. No more clunking noise from motor.

Broken Roller Guide
Lifted up the glass plate. Put in the new roller guide. Set the glass plate back in place. Repair done in about 30 seconds! Thanks for prompt service in sending the new part. My only regret is that the part was expensive, and I have already replaced it once before. The new part is still plastic so will probably need to be replaced again.
