Plastic fan broken
One of the three screws holding the cowling covering the fan had siezed. This required drilling out and re-tapping a 10/32 hole.
The plastic fan received from the mold was not well finished, and required some filing and sanding of the mounting hole in order to fit onto the spindle secured by an O-ring. Works well now.
