Getting 3 flashes on my board saying it's the pressure switch, wondering if there is a way to check it to make sure that is the problem? Goes thru purging but never tries to ignite, and then shut down completely.
For model number MHU45
Hi Paul,
Thank you for your question. To verify if the issue is with the pressure switch, check the fan in the combustion chamber to see if the air flow is being restricted. If the air flow is fine, check the tube between the pressure switch and the induced draft motor to make sure that it is connected correctly and that there are no obstructions preventing it from working correctly. If it is fine, then you will need to replace the pressure switch. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
